Beep in headphone when usb-mouse is plugged in

I have installed debian (wheezy) on my laptop. Previous OS was ubuntu. I have noise like beep in my headphone when usb-mouse is plugged in. When I unplugged mouse there is no beep. When I plug in mouse in that same moment beep appear. Beep is not loud and I don't hear it when listen music or watch video but when is silence - beep sometimes is very annoying.
How to disable noise in the headphone in my case?
